“This has to be one of the cleanest and friendliest Panera that I have been to. The service is fast and really cater to their guests needs. Typically for a franchise food outlet, goal is to sell number of meals. Here, overall they are friendly and attentive. I would recommend the staff and management to keep up the efforts.“

Found this gem in the heart of Trenton and was pleasantly surprised at the location, amount of parking on the street right In front of the establishment and the overall ease to find the place. When you enter the place is clean and inviting. Love the black and white theme going on. The place is clean and well cared for. Tables are clean and plenty of sitting. If you want to watch the world go by in this busy Trenton street you can sit at one of few laces by the oversized store front windows. With foot traffic and car traffic going by as you’re in a nice relaxing place with nice music (not too loud or quiet) the smell of coffee or whatever the kitchen is cooking up in the back. (Not overpowering or overwhelming smell) and just enjoy your treat or coffee. I had the latte and it was delicious and perfect temp. Paired with chocolate croissant warmed up. Staff is polite and kind. I sat down they brought I me the croissant and coffee. Also noticed how they would ask the other customers to sit as they with a smile on their face bring out the food or drinks. If in the are will stop by again for lunch or something savory. Greet menu and nicely priced items. WiFi available and cool designed bathroom that clean and modern to go with the theme of the place. Love the lighting in the shop! 5 stars do recommend! Would be a really cool time if it was raining outside and I was in here doing my work or just relaxing watching the busy world outside hastily move about the sidewalks and roads! “I like Panera, the food is usually really good. Yesterday 04/04/23, my sister & I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt toasted baguette. My sister had it before & raved about it. Well what we had yesterday was nothing yo rave about, it was so disappointing. The picture on the left is what it should look like. That is what my sister had before. Not this time: We could not see the mozzarella, the lettuce was skimpy at best & the tomatoes were just about non existent. The bread was tasty & as always the soup was delicious!!“

I used gift cards to pay my total. Can use multiple gift cards. Virtual gift cards can be loaded to your app for future payments. Liked that, as I never know if an email with gift card information will get deleted by accident.

Prices are always higher here. 2 lunches, a shared drink (we refill), and a cookie were almost $30.00, even with my coupon.

Liked the separate back room with glass windows to the main dining area. Would make a great gathering place with a little privacy for up to about 35 people.

This location is in a strip Plaza. I did not see a drive-thru.
