Everything is well organized as far as the ordering and fulfillment process goes. You can order from a person or at a kiosk. I know when my meal is being prepared and when it is done even before they call my name because I watch the little screen. I love the private room in back with large tables. Perfect for impromptu or informal work or club meetings.
The food is good, everytime I order something and get it delivered there is always something wrong. The first time I ordered, which was on me but, I ordered a dozen bagels and got them delivered but called up the store to have everything sliced AND toasted because I forgot to order them that way, the person on the other end said alright, got my food delivered just to see they infact were not slice or even toasted, not a big deal whatever.
