Something has to be done about your drive thru sharing mobile pick up. I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes stuck as I watched mobile pick up cars keep going by me. I understand that is the point of mobile pick up but not at the expense of other customers. I couldn’t get out of line no shoulder or alternative route.
I was very late getting back from my lunch break.
Why can’t you alternate lines or some other alternative.
Chick-fil-a always goes above and beyond. Employees and manager make you feel welcomed and service is top notch!
Food is always great and fresh.

Worst drive thru/parking lot design of any Chick-fil-a I’ve been to. Extremely slow service. Sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. You’re blocked in and can’t leave if you decide you don’t want to wait. Hamilton needs to show you how to get things done!
