They are trying to get better. I had to put one of the ladies straight. I ask for a pumpkin flavor coffee, I should be able to taste pumpkin. She told me that's an extra 25cents. I don't think so.I kindly explained that if you press the flavor pump all the way down I would be able to taste flavor..smh
Ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for has browns. Got to the window to pay and he forgot the hash browns. Asked if I could order them at the window he said no had to go back around and no one was behind ke or ordering. That is is one of the worst customer service experience that I have so far had for 2017 smh.
