Delicious Italian dishes in a beautiful setting. We went on a Tuesday which happened to be pasta night, with pasta flights for $25 and all pasta dishes half price. What a deal! Calamari appetizer was perfect too. A new favorite!

Calandras has been a staple in my family since before I was born. My grandparents lived in Newark and would go to the bakery for the bread and my papa would always bring home cupcakes for us. I discovered they opened restaurants and other locations a few years ago, after I had left NJ and then came back many years later. It is by far, the best restaurant ever. I'm obsessed with this place. The desserts are delicious. I only wish they had one in central NJ/eastern PA because...
