TL;DR: Ok... so I can't believe that when I walked into this place, I was the only customer. I'm originally from RI, and customers literally form lines down the road for good donuts like these!!! To top that off, the customer service was excellent. The establishment is cute and clean. The coffee is great! The donuts are fresh and amazing, and taste every bit as good as they look, some were even tastier than we expected!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!!!“

“I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Always courteous and it was nice to see the employees happy to see their regular customers and enjoy the friendly banter. Great way to start the day.“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. “Besides getting my coffee order right every time, the workers there are so kind. Every time I go with my dog they say hi to her and offer her a treat. No other dunkin has ever done that. “It's incredible! You better place your order on the app or I don't know you. $17-24 will get you enough food for two, it will be ready in a timely manner and it's GOOD! Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!

I promise go in there with a smile, be patient and give them space and they will do the world for you. There are fantastic souls working here on Passaic for our benefit.

“Amazing staff, very welcoming and very clean place. My husband and I were traveling with 6 kids and we had breakfast twice at that location, we did take out on first day and dine in the next day, service was quick, gave the kids a couple of free treats. So kind and nice.“

“I have been going to this location for over 6 years; the staff has always provided fast, and courteous customer service. Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. Thank you for remembering the extra jelly, and for looking out for me throughout these past years. The timely customer services skills are "Greatly" appreciated; it has saved me from being late for work on many mornings.

Parking: 2 lots for parking with a quick in and out process.
