My family and I have been dining at Victors Cafe for many years and the experience continues to be exceptionally excellent. Recently Gabrielle has been our waiter. He's attentive and caring to our needs. Thank you Gabrielle and to the entire staff for your outstanding service!
I have eaten at Victor's Cafe since the 1990's and the food has always been very good to excellent. But this Saturday, before a Broadway show the Rabo Encendido (oxtail) was not tender nor flavorful. The Guayabitas de Maria were a bit dry. They seemed to be prepared by a different pastry chef. They have always been incredibly moist and deliciously sweet. We left wondering if there was a new chef in place this past year or new cooking staff. So, unfortunately, our dinner...
Victors is an amazing restaurant. The staff is amazing. The ambience is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious. I truly would recommend this place especially if you're coming to see a Broadway show. Five favorites in New York City.
