Not user friendly cannot speak to anyone to cancel a reservation or even just Change the date ! If you didn’t pay extra for the cancellation fee you’re stuck. Our Court date was changed who would have thought? I expected better customer service from this Hotel
Updated: Not related to Hotel - sorry, only the Reservation side which ended up as “Expedia” Not user friendly cannot speak to anyone to cancel a reservation or even just Change the date ! If you didn’t pay extra for the cancellation fee you’re stuck. Our Court date was changed. Updated: stayed here and the Hotel itself is Very nice!
