Great Service; Certain Kitchen Staff is Less Than Desirable
Let me preface this review by saying that I have never…not once ….sent back any food that I ordered in a restaurant, for any reason.

My coworker and I both ordered steamed lobster. My coworker’s lobster was steamed and red, a normal looking steamed lobster. Mine looked like it was “blackened”(?) / broiled in the shell (??) / then dropped in melted butter(???). I could barely grasp it to use the lobster cracker. I asked to speak to our waiter who admitted my lobster “looked different” but then said it was probably because “they must have poured too much butter over it”(?????).
