“This was our second stay at Elaine’s and it was better than the first.As we were entering Cape may we received a phone call from Patrick our host asking what our time of arrival would be so he could be sure to be there to greet us.Patrick showed us to our room on the second floor, our room was Nest #4, it has a large raised Victorian Bed facing it was at least 70” TV, our room faced Layfette St. and all the Christmas lights (very beautiful) the room also had a love seat and make up table.The rooms climate control was a split system AC/Heat Pump that worked off a remote control, the bathroom was spacious.As we were staying multiple days, we received breakfast vouchers for each of us at $15 per day.We slept well and went down for Breakfast in the dining room where we would meet Paul who took care of us, he was a great dining room host, friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast menu averages between $8 to $16, the first day we both went with pork roll, Egg and cheese on a roll with home fries with coffee, our out of packet cost was $3 plus a gratuity, the second day my Wife had avocado toast and I had eggs benedict with home fries we both had coffee that day we had no out of pocket and just left a gratuity.One of the biggest pros for staying at Elaine’s is every room has an assigned onsite parking space and great convenience in a town with limited parking.We can’t wait to escape again to Cape May and Elaine’s.“
