This is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Cape May. Everything from the coffee to the pastries is the highest quality, but the prices are very reasonable. They make their matcha latte from powder, not pour it from a box, so it tastes fresh and full of flavor; the coffee is smooth, aromatic and nuanced. Everyone who works here is super nice and they do a fantastic job remembering return customers. Though there are many places in Cape May to get coffee or a sweet treat, I come here for both. Their croissant is the best I have ever had and their oatmeal raisin cookie is so scrumptious and I don't even like oatmeal raisin cookies! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting and never too loud or too crowded, and there is a palatable sense of community when you visit here.

Not nearly as good as when they first opened. Hot chocolate was lukewarm. Cookies too sweet, definitely commercially manufactured. And what was once a comfy setting is now cluttered with merch for sale. $7 for coffee and small OJ. $18 for 2 hot (lukewarm) chocolates and a cookie.

The coffee here is so delicious I am a summer person but we come often during the year and I look forward to going to magic braun because everyone is friendly and competent and the owner Steve works very hard to make sure everyone gets a great cup of crafted coffee and he is always friendly.
