Amazing and wonderful service. Emma and the concierge team overheard it was our wedding anniversary during an elevator trip. Later that day we received a beautiful antipasto plate along with Prosecco. Not only are the grounds beautiful the team is fantastic. Highly recommend.
This hotel was outstanding. The pool and beach setups with the lounge chair and tasseled umbrellas made you feel like you were on an island somewhere. Food was great. Service was GREAT. Staff - including concierge service - were SO helpful. They got us dinner reservations for 10 at great restaurants; they found items I left in the hotel room and shipped them back to me free of charge. We had dinner with Santa and when we arrived, a few things went wrong with our reservation. We let management know expecting nothing to happen because that's typically how organizations these days are. However that was absolutely not the case with congress hall. The manager Lena completely blew us away with some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. We will tell everyone we know about our experience and will always be customers as a result.
