The woman named Hidja, whose spelling I apologize for, was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which completely ruined my experience. We understand the pressure of the workplace, but her attitude was completely unnecessary and unappreciated.
Cant go wrong with ritas custard. All the flavors are amazing.
Such delicious custard and gelati! Very quick, friendly service too. Always come here when we're in Cape May.

The man behind the counter was very friendly. However, the water ice tasted watered-down, it wasn't very good. For $12 for two water ices, that's a lot for watered-down tasting water ice.

Classic Rita’s product, I wouldn’t go back though. The man in front was very nasty to the younger employees and also rude to a very nice older customer who asked for a flavor they were out of. They don’t fill the large custard cups leaving gaps around the whole cup. My small ice was more quantity.

Proud to say I had my first gelati here. Spent all dsy on the beach and this was a welcome cool down. The staff here were very kind and patient as I tried to figure out the menu. Can't wait to go back l.

they fill the cup up half way and charged me $8.50 for a brownie sundae with the smallest, thinnest piece of brownie, a rip off do not go here?bs go to rio grande location instead don’t waste your money.
Complete ripoff. Paid $6.50 for a small custard in a cup that was mostly empty. Go somewhere else

Friendly staff and consistent product expected from Rita’s. Outside of building is a bit run down, but interior seems clean and well-kept.
My son was heat exhausted, so to cheer him up, the woman gave him one surprise gummy bear on top of his water ice- it’s been 3 weeks and he still plays “ice cream” and “puts” one special gummy bear on top. She made a wonderful impression and only added to our love of Cape May.
