Our waitress could'nt care less that we were almost finished with our food and we didnt get our initial drinks and even water. We explained that we needed tro make a movie but that was not important. What happened with server courtesy like " Is there anything else that I can get you or Do you want another drink" expected. Prices too high for what you get. I guess the money t hey make on drinks is not enough.. We are not barroom /restaurant types but if this is it keep it. There are numerous other options. Just thought I would give a new place a chance.

Such a homely atmosphere. The place is bright, welcoming, and very relaxed. I really appreciate that they use natural dyes and wholesome ingredients in the ice cream. It’s a thoughtful touch you don’t often come across. The croissant was fresh, buttery, and absolutely delightful. Gabrielle and Kimberly were so friendly and attentive, they made us feel properly welcome from the moment we walked in.

I stopped into Tommy’s Folly Café today and had such a great experience. I ordered an iced macchiato latte and a chocolate croissant, everything was fresh and really tasty. The coffee was made well and the food came out quickly.
The staff were welcoming and organized, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Even though it’s counter service, they still make you feel taken care of.
The café itself is bright, comfortable, and has a nice energy—whether you’re grabbing something to go or hanging out for a bit.
I highly recommend!

This place is good, and great if you compare it to Coffee Tyme. The young lady at the register speaks very softly and with a difficult accent. That's my only complaint. The latte and coffee was great.

I’ve been going for years and I will say it hurts to leave this review but it’s been a couple times now. I understand it’s a coffee shop, but that being said I m not a coffee person so when I got their iced tea I was so happy, refreshing and just right. I didn’t mind the price because it was always spot on. I guess those days are over twice now in the span of two weeks I’ve gotten the worst iced tea. I’m okay not having lemon no problem Starbucks hasn’t got lemon either but let me start the first one the tea was off color like it had cream in it. I actually had to ask if it was tea they assured me and said something about changing recipe which was odd. I dipped it and thought they had made it using the coffee machine. So that time my wife took it back and got our money back.now I have it some time but one of my fave things is walking down from the cove and getting an iced tea so I gave it a second try please don’t tell my wife. I mentioned it was bad last time they assured me it was taken care of I think they said they had changed tea and had gone back. I don’t think so it was bitter and I. Couldn’t drink it. Sad to say without my wife, she is able to take things back I just take the loss. So I just took the loss along with the dollar tip. I left the tea on a table by the rocking chair. I didn’t have the heart to throw three dollars in the trash. Oh well live and learn they will sell enough not to miss my money but it’s a bad way to run a popular place. I’ll find someone to give my five bucks to that’s how much large ones are. I can’t wait to find a new tea spot, season starts soon so selections will multiply. Just wanted to pass it along DONT GET THE ICE TEA

Really cool old hotel. Lots going on. Restaurant on site is ok. Service was great. There’s also a blues bar on site which is pretty cool. There is a nice sitting area in the lobby. You can grab a drink at the outside bar, or from the restaurant and hang out in the lobby. It’s like being on a movie set because everything is so of a period in time. Location is excellent as it’s right in town adjacent to the Washington Street Mall. The rooms are old of course but they are nicely appointed with Wi-Fi etc. Beds are super comfortable. I would stay there again.

The staff was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Wish there would have been a coffeemaker in the room. The hotel was located in an excellent area. The beach was great ! The outdoor festivities were great !

This was a surprise to celebrate my sister’s 80th birthday and my 85th. Well, we were really surprised when we pulled into a parking lot to a two storie building with 18 steps to our room. We had to carry our own luggage. The room was so damp and cold, everything in the room was damp. We had to iron our sheets to dry them out, both nights. There was no walk in shower, no elevator. The door in the bedroom looked like someone had kidded it in, the trim was all broken. The window in the bedroom had a gap at the bottom, you could see outside. My neice ordered a tray of cheese and grapes to our room(#25) and it never came. That’s what we got for 900.00 a nite. My niece said we were supposed to be on first floor, but reservationist never wrote it down. We didn’t get to stay in Congress Hall, I think this was the over flow.
