Breakfast was great and the waitress was very nice.

I ordered online and although I was only 5 mins away, I headed there anyway. The hostess asked if she could help me and I told her I ordered online. She walked in the back, and I sat down in a counter seat and watched TV. She came out with my order 5 mins later. Left the diner and got back to where I was, opened my container and the food was delicious. Very good service if you ask me.

This little dinner delivers BIG on taste and portions! The staff is friendly knowledgeable about the dishes served and helpful!

I went to eat with a friend. She ordered her chicken well done. It was chicken parm. It came out not well done she sent it back to be a bit more crispy well done..It came out a 2nd time a sloppy mess underneath. Soggy and gross. She sent it back and asked for a grilled cheese and fries..the owner sent the chicken back out and said she could eat that or soup or a salad or nothing. Im sorry..WHAT???? I MUST HAVE NOT UNDERSTOOD CORRECTLY??? BUT SADLY THAYS WHAT SHE WAS TOLD...I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMEND TO ANYONE..BY THE WAY EVEN IF YOU HAD DONE THE CHICKEN CORRECTLY ..YOU PUT THE PASTA (DRY NO SAUCE AS REQUESTED) ON THE PLATE AND THE WATER THAT CAME OFF THE PASTA MADE THE CHICKEN SOGGY..DO BETTER AND PLEASE LEARN HOW TO PLATE MEALS PROPERLY .PASTA WATER SHOULD NEVER HIT THE FOOD NEXT TO IT!!

I really use to enjoy this Diner in fact it was one of my favorites. I bring all my friends and my out of town family here but today when I ordered the chicken Parm off of the mini meal i asked for it. Well done when it was served to me my waitress was very nice. It wasn't well done so I asked her if she could return it and make it just a little bit more well done for me when she brought it back. It was very greasy and very very very mushy. I wish I had taken a picture. It looked terrible. I said to her I'm sorry I can't eat this and I showed her how greasy and mushy it was and she agreed and I asked if I could please just have a grilled cheese with french fries the waitress took my food in the back and then she came back and she said the owner told me you're not allowed to have a grilled cheese and french fries that you have to eat this or soup and a salad. I said excuse me I thought I had heard her incorrectly. She said the owner screamed at her and refused to make me a grilled cheese and she's sorry she can't help me. I asked to speak to the owner a gentleman that came from the back is someone that I had seen in that Diner 1 million times over the last 10 yrs he knows that I'm a good customer and he offers nothing Not a single I'm sorry an apology nothing I am not paying for food that is Not prepared the way that I asked for it All I simply wanted them to do was make it a little more well done and then to flat out refuse to make me a
Grilled cheese is unacceptable I will never spend another dollar in this diner and I will not recommend it to anyone ever again. I am so disappointed and they did not even care to lose a customer. They still charged me for the soup that I ate that came with my mini meal which i gladly paid for
But you lost a good Customer, over food, you prepared incorrectly

Great food and amazing staff . Sometimes they even do a custom dish long as not going overboard on what you request - . And Thursdays 25 dollar is there prime rib with soup or salad and two sides and dessert

$50+ worth of breakfast for 2.... Not worth it for diner food that we picked up, we don't even pay that much to eat in at Texas Roadhouse. Bacon was too crispy and dry, sausages were too greasy, the cheesy scrambled eggs had more cheese than eggs. I understand prices are going up, but $50+ for breakfast?? for 2 people?? From a diner?? ...just for it to taste below average.. is insane.
