I've been to Cedar Beans a few times and it's usually great, but today was a total letdown. I ordered a drip coffee with cream, but it was served cold. When I told the girl behind the counter she gave me an eye roll instead of an apology. She checked the pot, saw it was empty, and clearly didn't want to brew a fresh one. Instead, she made an americano espresso water and tried to pass it off as my coffee. It tasted watered down and terrible. I was really looking...
Might be my favorite coffee so far~~~ Rich, smooth brew with delightful notes. I got the Honeyed Pistachio—very well balanced and clear flavors. Chia pudding was simple and refreshing. Breakfast sandwich was nice and savory. SUPER affordable. Delightful staff and owner. :) Warm and comforting rustic decor. They also have a lovely open mic on Thursdays! Hidden gem for sure, you guys are killing it. Definitely worth the drive. Thank you again ☆
Came on a Sunday. Chill, good low key r&b Playlist, people working, hanging, small families. It's a quiet local place, no frills and easy going. Had an americano (i judge a cafe by its americano) and a cinnamon chip scone. Both great, 10/10.
