Unprofessional and racist. When I walked in, the 2 employees clearly saw me and rolled their eyes and laughed/smirked. Then I was standing in line for 10 min when I was the only one in the line. The 4 employees were there, but none attended to take my order, none of them told me to use kiosk or anything. I visited this Dunkin Donuts yesterday and placed my border on the drive thru, when I got to the window the young lady asked my what my order after I had already repeated it twice. I told her and then she said oh I got it. She proceeded to hand me my Tea which was incorrect and I told her and she said well you have to take it because we have no more tea bags to remake it. This place either needs to shut down or change their crew , employees are playing games inside and when they take order it’s like they wana fight with you . I ordered a regular coffee but it was like a huge order for them to take care . I don’t even know who’s the manager but if franchise didn’t change their management they might just close this store .
