I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received at Dunkin’. My great-aunt, great-uncle, and I stopped by the drive-thru shortly before closing, not realizing the store was about to close. My relatives were hoping for fresh decaf coffee, and when we asked, the gentleman working simply replied, “No problem—we’ll brew you a fresh pot.”

As usual big long line at the drive-thru that was pretty fast. Didn't even wait for 5 minutes. Placed order on app n it was ready when I got to window.
Ordered a medium hot coffee and donut. Fast service inside despite a long drive thru line.
