This place had a rough start when they opened a couple years back but they have really gotten it together. It’s probably the best Dunkin around - friendly, competent staff, well made sandwiches and drinks, clean, and plenty of seating. Even my special request latte was made great and the cashier was super friendly about it.
Every time I go here it's a new set of staff. I usually order a decaf latte with a flavor. Half of the time it's ok, the other half it's terrible. Today the coffee tasted burnt, I asked them to remake, they didn't understand what I was saying and gave me a glass of hot milk, filled up halfway with syrup. I don't think I'll be going back. Plenty of other competent Dunkin's in the area

So rude, no manners whatsoever. Ordered my food then pulled to drive thru, the guy dropped my debit card on purpose INFRONT of my eyes and proceeded to yell at me, yelling “Ma’am you parked to far it isn’t my fault” and yes I get it that if it was a accident but my kids and me saw it. Then before all this when I was paying he was already looking annoyed at me because I had to grab my purse from the back. 4/10 customer service but food is nice.
