I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received at Dunkin’. My great-aunt, great-uncle, and I stopped by the drive-thru shortly before closing, not realizing the store was about to close. My relatives were hoping for fresh decaf coffee, and when we asked, the gentleman working simply replied, “No problem—we’ll brew you a fresh pot.”

I like the place but every time I go there they never fill my coffee to the fill line. Because it happens so frequently I believe they do it to everyone just to cut their costs. Check your cup.

This is one of my favorite locations. They are always busy so you need to go in and place your order so there are no mistakes. They make the drinks perfect. I went to this location shortly after going to another location today that had shortened me on my coffee. This location made my drink perfect as always. I’m grateful that they’re down the street from my house.
