My little sister went to purchase an ice cream from this place, while she was buying and waiting for her change she state that one of the young lady slap her change on the counter. I understand that it’s frustrating that the mall is closing and it’s a line but she doesn’t treat a ten year old . I will like to have the manager about their employee customer service
I waited 10 minutes in line for a small smoothie and shake. When I got my smoothie it was completely filled with not chunks of ice, but entire ice cubes. Not only that, but about half of what was made for the smoothie ended up on the counter after she spilled it. As for my shake, it was the wrong flavor, meaning not the Belgian chocolate shake I ordered. There was only the one employee until another showed up just to pick up her check and chit chat for about 5 minutes before leaving.
