I took my daughter there for some dessert after we had dinner at the hot pot around the corner. The place is really cool, lots of fun things to see. The owner is nice and friendly. They have a ton of flavors and toppings, definitely something for everyone.
Circus to themed. Family run business. Richmond and Hershey ice cream - while we waited last time owner was explaining to a little boy how he searches for the best strawberry toppings and the little boy was hanging on his every word - not open every day
