I ordered a salad with avocado. It was not ripe. Very hard. The nuts were anything but nuts. It was the worse salad I ever had at a Paneras. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. I must say the young man who cleaned our table was courteous and apologized that the table was not cleaned. I’m sure my husband and I will not return. This use to be our favorite Paneras. It upsets me to leave this review. Hopefully things will change at this place.
It only takes one bad egg to ruin the bunch. Someone needs to retake a managing program, she clearly isn’t management material.
