I ordered from door dash and it’s expensive as it is. I orders 2 6 piece nuggets with sauce and a large Big Mac meal. I received 1 6 piece, 1 4 piece no sauce at all and fries barely filled half way. I tried to call the refuse to answer the phone. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get a basic order correct

This is so crazy, came home and found a damn wrap on a patty!!! Are you for real! How do you cook this and serve this to a customer with a damn wrap! Totally disgusted by McDonald’s. I called them so many times and of course no one answers!!!!! Very disappointing.

There's a screen above where to-go orders are placed saying which orders are being worked on and which are done. There are some tables where you can eat inside, additional parking is behind. The street is very busy, so be careful when entering or exiting. Overall fast service.

I went in this morning to your facility and left upset because the wrong drink was given. I ordered a frappe and in result, I got an iced coffee. I know my frappes because I always order them but to deny me and agree, worker was arguing with me saying I ordered a caramel mocha. Yeah on the kiosk it says caramel mocha frappe. I ordered the same drink yesterday and got the right one. I decided to take what was given because I’m not going to keep arguing over this incorrect item. Then when I was trying to get their attention, one worker in the back was talking to the male drive thru agent in Spanish saying people were at the counter. He must have responded but with his back facing me and another customer who said her drink was wrong. I yelled yeah I speak Spanish too. But the female cashier or worker kept disagreeing with me about my drink. I just said you know what forget it I’ll just make sure to report a negative review for terrible customer service. I ended up throwing out the drink because it was made incorrectly due to the ingredients being done wrong. I worked in McDonalds as a first job and never had I treated customers like this.
