Was best McDonalds in area but not today. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes no meat, 20 minutes in advance. Got to store wasn't ready. After I left I found out it had sausage. I am vegetarian. Good thing the sausage was not in contact with biscuit or eggs otherwise I would have had the discard whole meal.

The manager was sooo rude I cannot believe that they hire just anybody of the street! His name was Pablo..lol I ordered through the app which is already a mission in itself but when u get double charged and NOOOOBODY has the decency to speak with me..that is very disturbing! Ended up paying out of pocket instead of paying with my points I have rightfully earned. And then Pablo decides it will be a brilliant idea to just simply make me, the problem lol go away and hang up on me!!! Mcdonalds people! Thank you for such a gracious way to say THANK YOU to ur loyal customers...and I hope u know im laughing as I'm saying it!! I'm very disappointed and disrespected! Marlena

Update. Go to the Mc. Donalds in Garwood or Roselle Park. 6 nuggets is 5 dollars. The other locations do a 6 piece nugget meal even if you donāt want the kids meal but this location donāt. The worst

Horrible messed up my drive thru and staff was giving attitude to fulfill the whole order then they were bad mouthing to get me the sauces i bought!

I ordered from door dash and itās expensive as it is. I orders 2 6 piece nuggets with sauce and a large Big Mac meal. I received 1 6 piece, 1 4 piece no sauce at all and fries barely filled half way. I tried to call the refuse to answer the phone. Iām not sure why itās so hard to get a basic order correct

Am a truck driver and I was doing a late delivery at the supermarket next to this McDonald's, I went to get something and the guy said he couldn't serve me because I wasn't in a car even when I told him I was in a 53 ft trailer š¤Ø
