I work over night and when I come to this place they always say they are closed, even with a big lit up sign up front stating they are open 24 hours.

somehow the last three times I ordered from here they got my order very wrong. No mayonnaise on stuff (I’m allergic). Im guessing whoever handles these has no grasp on what they're doing.

I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars or NEGATIVE stars… this is by far the worst McDonald’s in NJ and possibly any other state I have ever been to. This is closest one to my house so when I have no time to drive to Avenel or Linden I force myself to go here and EVERY SINGLE TIME its a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! The service is HORRIBLE, 2 weekends in a row I stopped there for breakfast and went through the drive through and both time had to be asked to pull over and they’ll bring me my food and both time I waited nearly 20 minutes before I flipped out and got my money back. Nobody was even in the restaurant so I cant understand why they move so damn slow. To top it off nobody speaks english so they ignore you if you talk english to them. I asked for a manager and NOBODY would tell me who the manager was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
I had a simple order. Quarter Pounder with cheese and a coke. Very simple, but not for these clowns. The whole store was empty. Burger was nasty with cold cheese not even warmed up. When I showed them they said ok and somehow 5 MINUTES LATER they hand me a Big Mac then had the nerve to get mad at me for them screwing up the order and giving me the wrong sandwich. Then what seems like another 10 mins they hand me back the original burger I had clearly pulled out the trash to put in Microwave.. THIS WHOLE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Avoid at all cost

Absolute trash location with a trash manager and trash customers. Just waited in a drive thru for 25 minutes, went inside and they got upset with me for wanting my food. Burger King is right next store go there.

NJ Fiberworks

This week I stopped in the drive-through and ordered a Diet Coke. When I pulled up to the drive-through window, I watched the employee opening honey into a cup of tea, and the proceeded to lick honey off her fingers. I refuse the Diet Coke from her because the same hand she licked, she used to take a lid and put on top of my drink. I’m supposed to drink a soda, that somebody has their spit on?. I asked for a manager. I pointed this out to the manager, who said his name is Phil, and he did not say anything to the employee. I watched her touch food and help another customer. I pointed out to the manager that still has not washed her hands and she’s touching food when she licked her finger He never said one thing to her about washing her hands. Extremely disgusting and gross, and what’s even more troubling, is the manager felt like he did not need to say anything to the employee. He allowed her to continue touching food when it was very clearly known she licked her fingers.

Was best McDonalds in area but not today. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes no meat, 20 minutes in advance. Got to store wasn't ready. After I left I found out it had sausage. I am vegetarian. Good thing the sausage was not in contact with biscuit or eggs otherwise I would have had the discard whole meal.

The manager was sooo rude I cannot believe that they hire just anybody of the street! His name was Pablo..lol
I ordered through the app which is already a mission in itself but when u get double charged and NOOOOBODY has the decency to speak with me..that is very disturbing! Ended up paying out of pocket instead of paying with my points I have rightfully earned.
And then Pablo decides it will be a brilliant idea to just simply make me, the problem lol go away and hang up on me!!!
Mcdonalds people! Thank you for such a gracious way to say THANK YOU to ur loyal customers...and I hope u know im laughing as I'm saying it!!

Mobile ordered & paid ahead of time as this location was indicated as 24hrs. Store is closed at 3:30am and I’m unable to cancel my order as “it’s being prepared”. No food but money spent :/
