“I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

“I just inhaled the best burger in town. Finally got in to try Heemo’s-Sicklerville and I’m mad it took me so long! I’ve had them saved to try a few months but they’ve been here for years! Absolutely delicious! Long overdue trying and WE WILL BE BACK! Amazing fries, onion rings- well cooked and so good!!! Burger is thinner than I’m use to- more falafel thickness but it actually FIT THE BUN! Instead of half the size like most fast food junk. And I’m not still hungry. Real food, delicious food, extremely kind and efficient staff! (They got a MASSIVE order as I was there and now I have to try those foods next time! Haha) Thank you for opening up a second location for us to stumble into! Sorry it took us so long but you’ve got us hooked. Truly. Try this place. You won’t regret it. Get the heemos fries! Fantastic flavor blend. Even the sodas are wonderful. High recommend this place!!!“

“Food was fresh, delicious, and quick! We had 2 wagyu burgers and habanero cheese fries and each bite got better and better! My pre-teen had fun reading the punny signs on the wall while we waited. Staff was friendly and extra courteous. Will be back next time we are in the area!“

“Had the roast beef special today with fresh mozz roasted reds on the side with broccoli rabe. It was phenomenal usually roast beef is dry this was not the case as it was amazing. Had lunch there with my uncle he had a sandwich also. we both took a different sandwich to go, I took the chicken Italiano I'll have that for dinner tonight. “The food was bad and sentient. Took me weeks to get and finish the food. The 4th floor was dirty and 5th was spooky, Italian man running through, with giant rats. “My 97yr old aunt and I had gone to Applebee's after a doctor visit. We had appetizers and dinner. We were greeted by Melisa and a trainee, Gary. We had gotten gr8 service and Melisa answered any questions that we had and was so pleasant to have as our waitress. “Friendly’s always has that cozy, old-school diner vibe, and our meals there are always solid. I got the Buffalo chicken tenders, which are my go-to, has just the right amount of spicy kick. Then came the Philly cheesesteak melt—gooey cheese, tender steak, and buttery grilled bread. For the kid, the grilled cheese was simple but perfect choice. They made their platters have better presentation with side plates and fry baskets. The server was super accommodating with my three-year-old and infant, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything hit the spot, thanks again 🍔🥪🍗

(As if it was our fault!) and refused to remake food! - Food was sloppy and cold with missing items. No way to call store to speak to general manger today.
