DOES NOT RECOMMEND!!
Awful experience last night.
Manager was very disrespectful when confronted about messed up order, yelling at us in front of other customers. (As if it was our fault!) and refused to remake food! -
Food was sloppy and cold with missing items.
No way to call store to speak to general manger today. Since last night the calls automatically go to a busy voicemail. Must be off the hook.

Smashburger is an interesting restaurant with a bit of a confusing ordering system, but the food is great. The industrial atmosphere adds to the experience, and while the prices can be a bit high, the burgers are worth it. The vegan burger with jackfruit is a standout, though the portion of fries is small. It's definitely kid-friendly, with a simple setting of tables and chairs. The staff is generally polite and efficient, with the cashier checking on customers. However, there have been some issues with long wait times for shakes and the air conditioning not keeping up, leading to a warm environment. Overall, if you're a regular, you'll probably love the place for its good food, and the restaurant has improved in recent years.
