I normally go to Wendy’s via drive thru and would have no problem getting my food. Today, went to eat in store and I was completely ignored with my son. No one even came over to say hi or take our food order. We literally stood there for around 8-10 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge us and to see if they can help us. This Wendy's is the absolute worst "fast food" place around here. The people who work here are rude, inconsiderate and quite frankly they have no idea how to run a business. The drive thru is always backed up, you can't get help from anyone if you go inside to the front counter. Don't waste your time going

Had to wait on Saturday at 2pm in store in line 25 min. to order 1 large fryLack of inventory, employees are confused.They look under staffed.Inventory not stocked employees don't know where it is. I asked if salt and ketchup out for fries none out, not waiting another 25 min. For that. Dining room always empty now I know why. Fries cooked in oil that needed to be changed.Other in store customers complaining also
