Excellent customer service, Assistant manager Dez was a huge help in regard to an incorrect order, Kept a calm demeanor whilst Handling the situation properly and with consideration. Also made a fantastic frosty.
This is my local Wendy's and while I love the food more than any other fast food place the service just is not up to quality. I've had countless issues with orders being wrong and many times the wait times are very long. I can say that I was always well treated and given the corrections to my order every time so it's not terrible.
Note: Most of their food and service is consistently Good. But I was there yesterday Monday 09/16/24 at 02:56 pm and my order # was 1074815942 and I ordered 5 combo Jr bacon cheese burger 5 for 5 meals and the 3 out of five that I ate all had slightly spoiled bacon so I know the 2 that my Son ate had to be spoiled too because he had diarrhea the same night but I got it the next afternoon and evening.
