If their building doors are closed don't bother. Why on earth erect a restaurant and shut the doors? To force everyone within your radius to sit for longer and receive poorer experiences?Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and 10 minutes at the window. And the order was still wrong. The owners of this store clearly could care less considering they make bank off the college town status. Go to the Wendy's across from Target on the other side of Glassboro. Incredible incompetence. This isn't even regarding staff - this is very clearly aimed at the management. There was no Point Of Sale in the second drive thru window; so how can I redeem coupons? How can I get a refund if I needed it? Why was I directed to that window if I placed a mobile order? Why are THE DOORS CLOSED TO A RESTAURANT ON FRIDAY AT 11 PM WHEN IT'S OPEN UNTIL 1??? Unbelievable.The single star is for the workers clearly struggling but aiming to provide a comfortable service. You've got to remember: 99% of the time, poor service is due to the ones managing, training and monitoring these workers.Whoever owns this place - give up your business.

The bag I received smells strongly of perfume. The wrapper for my spicy chicken sandwich, and the box for my fries also smells strongly of perfume. How did perfume get transferred to my food containers?

One word..Incompetence! Whoever worked the evening of 3/30/24, this is for you. Go through the drive thru with the wife. Simple order. $6 double bacon cheeseburger biggie bag (dbl bacon cheeseburger, 4pc nugget, junior fry and soda). Ask for a Diet Coke and honey mustard for the sauce. Wife gets a $5 junior cheeseburger biggie bag (same thing except junior cheeseburger). Diet Coke and honey mustard as well. And a dreamsicle frosty. Pay and collect food. Quick check while in the drive thru and confirm 2 sandwiches, 2 sodas, 2 nuggets, some fries and frosty. Get to destination parking lot. Take sips of sodas. One Dr. Pepper and one Regular Coke. Call Wendy’s, ask to speak to manager, girl comes on that sounds like the first girl on the phone..tell her issue, she says she can’t credit us unless we come back. We said that we were already 10 minutes away and not coming back. Asked if they could do anything else. She had no clue. Asked that she put my name on the “list” that all fast food places have for these instances. She said okay and then says “have a good evening” and hangs up..without ever taking my information! Call back and say we must’ve gotten disconnected and proceed to give her my info. Takes it down and we hang up. Go into destination and sit down. Open food up. Missing a nugget in one order, no honey mustard or sauces at all, one napkin given entirely, random order of fries, and frosty is not “frosty”. Not worth the gas to go back or the time on the phone. Go somewhere else.

I normally go to Wendy’s via drive thru and would have no problem getting my food. Today, went to eat in store and I was completely ignored with my son. No one even came over to say hi or take our food order. We literally stood there for around 8-10 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge us and to see if they can help us. It took the person who is doing the drive thru ( as busy as he was taking orders) say something to his colleagues to try and help us as we stood at the counter waiting for help. Still no one came , all they did was look at me and my son. If this is the type of service for a fast food restaurant from Wendy, I’ll make sure to delete my app from now on.Side note: I really couldn’t comment on the food because I couldn’t even get any food in the first place

This Wendy's is the absolute worst "fast food" place around here. The people who work here are rude, inconsiderate and quite frankly they have no idea how to run a business. The drive thru is always backed up, you can't get help from anyone if you go inside to the front counter. Don't waste your time going

Had to wait on Saturday at 2pm in store in line 25 min. to order 1 large fryLack of inventory, employees are confused.They look under staffed.Inventory not stocked employees don't know where it is. I asked if salt and ketchup out for fries none out, not waiting another 25 min. For that. Dining room always empty now I know why. Fries cooked in oil that needed to be changed.Other in store customers complaining also

Had very quick service and the staff was friendly. My fries were not hot so I went back and they quickly gave me hot fries. The sandwich was good and the soda was balanced with the right amount of carbonation and syrup. The TV’s were not on but the dinning room was clean.
