“I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

“Had the vegetarian calabacitas with a side of the consommé and it was amazing. It was like a beef stew in taco form. 🤤 and the abuelita’s Jamaica was perfectly paired.

Also the chips and salsa are perfectly done.

The staff was super nice too, being really patient with me while I was ordering, too.

“Ordered tacos de birria tonight and Horchata. Everyone has their own recipes for Birria, but this is something else entirely. Homie behind the counter was so chill and friendly. Other places I've tried are a bit too greasy or water down the consume. I finished both tacos and consume. Horchata was just the cherry on top of that experience and this is going to be my go-to place. Felt like I was back in soCal. Whoevers recipe this is should be hugged.“

I personally recommend the tacos pastor and elotes ❤️!My son personally recommends ANY of the sandwiches he says they're all "massive and delicious" 🤣❤️!!! they have a wide variety of foods to choose from, we try to try something different every time we go and we've yet to be disappointed. “I hesitate to write a review because we really do like this restaurant. I just came in for a takeout order which totaled $24.53. I’m waiting for my change so I can drop it in the tip bucket along with a couple extra dollars. The cashier closed the drawer without giving me the change. When I asked for my change she said oh we don’t do that. I said I’m sorry you don’t give people their change? She said if it is under 50 cents they don’t give change. I was a bit taken aback. I proceeded to leave without putting money in the tip jar. I do regret that because this is not her fault and I do apologize for my reaction as I said this “policy” is not her fault. I know in the grand scheme of things we are talking about pocket change but this is a ridiculous policy and needs to be reconsidered by the corporate office. Again, I am not leaving a negative review, just sharing my experience.“

“What an amazing experience for late at night. There was an employee by the name of Anthony (AJ) who assisted me with a high chair without hesitation not only did he give directions but he actually came around from what he was doing to grab one for me. He kindly asked if he could sweep the other side and noted that we were able to stay as long as we needed no rush. The small question has such a big impact on someone when dining in with little ones. AJ not only was kind and considerate but made conversation with the family. This employee went above and beyond his job duties and role. I would truly return just to say hi and grab a bite to eat.

“Top notch location. Ordered online. Thought it would pick up my location. It didn't. Ended up ordering from another location. Definitely my fault and I was ready to eat that charge. I'm assuming it was the manager on duty tonight who asked me what my order was, got it ready in less than 2 minutes for me. A++++“

All the items in my Luxe Cravings box work customized properly and generously filled, everything was hot including the nacho fries. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. It literally cannot get better than that.“
