“The best bartenders around! Amazing food and drinks 💜“

“I really enjoyed eating here, you are unlikely to find Mexican food this good outside of Camden City. The family that runs those places are very polite and attentive to your needs, there is a traditional atmosphere, it reminds me a lot of a small Mexican that you would find within Mexico. Definetly stop here and take sometime to eat and chat, they are lovely.
It’s also very price friendly.“

“At LaNova the family cooks from the heart. Everything is made fresh from scratch. We've been Mexican food aficionados for years and LaNova is our all time favorite in SNJ. We dine at LaNova at least 2-3x/month.😊“

“My wife brought a box home from El Mariachi for Valentine’s Day, nothing says love like tacos. Well, I fell in love with the birria tacos. In the last 6 weeks, we have ordered from here every Saturday. The birria, al pastor, and chicken tacos are delicious and full of flavor. The rice is perfectly made, and they have the Coca Cola in the bottle, made with cane sugar. Definitely a place you need to come and try!“

“I come here every day before work and Sandra and the rest of the staff are always serving with a smile and it's frankly the highlight of my day. The burritos are great and trust me, I am definitely a good source on that as I've probably had every combination of ingredients you could possibly think of.
Overall, just wanted to give this review as a thanks to the staff as they definitely deserve it. Keep up the good work guys and I'll keep coming for the burritos. :)“

“Food was amazing 🤩 tacos are huge made with homemade corn tortillas ( a lot of meat ) camarones 🍤 a la diabla were delicious not too spicy, very good flavor. The service was excellent would return back in the future to try other amazing dishes on the menu.“

“Not only do they have amazing food for great prices but the PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE EVEN MORE AMAZING .. I got a flat out front of the restaurant and they immediately ran out and helped me. Change it for me and got me unstuck from the median if it wasn't for them my car would have been destroyed! Thank you for your food and thank you for saving my car and hence life!“

“This establishment has quickly become one of our favorite “go-to” spots! We’re working our way through the menu one visit at a time and after several meals we haven’t found anything yet that hasn’t been spectacularly fresh and incredibly delicious! Last night we shared 2 appetizers and a chicken stew with homemade tortillas and came home with leftovers!“

“Food is always great when I order it! One time we got the chicken parm and it wasn’t the greatest piece of chicken HOWEVER the shrimp tacos, wet burrito, quesadilla, and especially the jalapeño poppers are always on point! Got them multiple times and will get again :) Highly recommend this place!“

“This is my third time going to this restaurant. All ways a good experience. The food is good also the service was good as well. The only negative thing was that it was rather dark at the table me and the wife was sitting at. so it was kind of hard to read the menu. I ordered the rib eye taco and surf and turf as a appetizer. Excellent choice if i say so my self.“

“I love the fresh made tortillas and eating delicious Mexican food, as well as supporting a local business on my hometown. #legionathome“

“Yesterday was my first time here, I celebrated my 56th Birthday with my daughter, sister & nieces. The dinner was amazing. We started with appetizers, guacamole and chips and steak nachos. I had the chicken fajitas, they came to the table still sizzling and were seasoned to perfection! We brought in a cake and they had a special candle and sang. This was an added surprise! Thank you for a great night out.“

“At LaNova the family cooks from the heart. Everything is made fresh from scratch. We've been Mexican food aficionados for years and LaNova is our all time favorite in SNJ. We dine at LaNova at least 2-3x/month.😊“

“I stopped in today for an early lunch and was able to beat the rush. The location itself was very clean. The two employees working there were both very quick and friendly. I ordered a steak and chicken bowl with a handful of toppings. It was a nice light lunch and I can’t wait to stop in again.“

“Food is Ok but the restaurant needs a good cleaning would be very nice if it was cleaned properly“

“Portions were very small (Fagitas) we ordered the steak chicken and shrimp. Barely any chicken or steak but 5 skewered shrimp on top to hide the fact there wasn’t much meat in the dish. Also loaded with peppers and onions because they’re cheap. Also ordered a spicy guacamole that wasn’t spicy at all had green peppers in instead of jalapeños. Then I was charged 2.00 for a tiny container of pepper sauce to make it hot. I think the other Plaza azteca in Washington twp. Is much better and different owner because they’re franchised. Wouldn’t recommend this one at all“

“Me gusta la atención es muy buena te atienden muy rápido me encantan los tacos que hacen , mi única observación que usan muchas sal demasiada sal en las carnes asadas de Res y de pollo“

“Los tacos al pastor k están de rechupete, y también las aguas de sabor“

“The food is always great at this location compared to some others nearby. I usually get tofu but I tried the shrimp that they have for a limited time and it was so well seasoned and good. I usually pick up my food but the dining room also seems very clean & well kept. Keep up the great work“
