“A friend and I went to the Blackwood/Clementon Rd Popeyes the man who took our Oder (we went inside) was so nice . I mean nice we asked for hand wipes he gave them to us and he wasn’t overly nice just did his job and was courteous. Thank you!!!!! Not too many people like that. My friend asked for a few things and I was thinking oh boy he gonna get mad but no he just did it. Ok so that was service . The chicken omg love it!!!!!! So good I want some now that I’m thinking about it“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting PDQ and I must say it's always an outstanding experience . From the time my order is taken (usually by Crystal , who is always very pleasant and goes above and beyond) at the window to the time that I pick up my order, It's always a smooth fast and efficient process. In addition, the food is always tasty and fresh, which is why I visit frequently. The staff is cordial and the manager (Calyx) provided me with excellent customer service when I needed assistance with a coupon that I had for my order. Whenever I've encountered her at the window, she's been wonderful. Its just, overall a great experience. I always feel like a valued customer. As an educator I would give them an A+ for their service and a big thank you!“

“Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

I joked with her and asked for several sandwiches made by a competitor of yours and she paused and started to laugh. That made me laugh too and it was so nice, with things in this world so crazy, to enjoy alittle peace through giggles. I just wanted to say that Hayley was terrific and while I was waiting for my meal to be completed we talked about her job, which I can see she enjoys working at chick-fil-la, my job, her schooling and just some great conversation. I can see she is an asset to your store and chick-fil-la and I just wanted to say thank you to Hayley and Chick-fil-la for making my day alittle bit more Blessed. “Went today and ordered a Kale Salad. Got all the way home and realized they gave me a side salad instead. Reached out to the manager Mark and he went above and beyond.. I returned the salad and he told me to keep it. He provided me with a Kale Salad which was superb and a gift card. Which I truly was not expecting. Which really touched my soul. Chick fil a is really a respectful establishment.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.

“When I say, "I love Crown", I LOVE Crown Fried Chicken. Not all locations though, just this location. The chicken is always good, I don't know what they soak and coat that chicken in but it makes the chicken very flavorful and tender - even the breast are juicy.

Parking: Now listen, you may not get a spot close to the entrance and sometimes not even on that block. But it's worth it to park on the next block and walk up the street, please put something on the meter just to be on the safe side.“

“The last two times I've went there was late at night, usually most places the food is dry and taste like shoe leather. Not this location, chicken was tender, the ribs were falling off the bone. And the ribs are beef ribs if you are wondering. I definitely would recommend going there. Not sure how the service is in the day time but at night was awesome.“
