Her coupon was one week overdue and the nice lady still gave it to her. So kind and understanding, Thank you she truly appreciated it.“

“We went in for a quick bite, and there was a customer who was dissatisfied from waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through. He wanted his money back. He and his companion were calm and he barely raised his voice. But, the manager seemed ready to argue/fight which was surprising. I watched the entire staff vibe change to a work stoppage! The server who helped me was more interested in what was going on around her and what her co-workers were saying than packing my food. Kudos to the customer who was mature enough not to take the bait the manager was throwing out.“

“My family & I came to the drive thru today @7pm & the drive thru person was rude & had a very dry tone! They had barely any drink selections.I came in to speak to the manager who was right next to her and also noticed the cook wiping her face with the same glove she was cooking burger buns with. I will never return to this location. Very unsanitary practices & the staff is unprofessional. I would not trust them to serve me anything! 0 stars 🌟 across the board.“

“A friend and I went to the Blackwood/Clementon Rd Popeyes the man who took our Oder (we went inside) was so nice . I mean nice we asked for hand wipes he gave them to us and he wasn’t overly nice just did his job and was courteous. Thank you!!!!! Not too many people like that. My friend asked for a few things and I was thinking oh boy he gonna get mad but no he just did it. Ok so that was service . The chicken omg love it!!!!!! “We had Washington Township Chipotle do a catering order for 20 people. They did an awesome job. The order was ready when we arrived. They helped carry it to the car. The order was all correct and included everything we needed. The most important was it was delicious and everyone loved the food.“

From the moment I walked in, Spencer was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made sure my order was perfect and even went out of his way to check if I needed anything else.

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. The food was delicious as always (shoutout to the waffle fries and chicken sandwich), but the customer service truly made this visit stand out.
