“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“They made a small pretzel tray for me last minute for a party! It was a hit and the guests ate them all! The pretzels held up well on the drive down to Baltimore too. Thank you so much for coming through for us!
We got the lemonade of the week as well and it was delicious!

“I really appreciate the workers that were there today. As I walked in, it was packed and they looked overwhelmed. Come to find out, they were short staffed and doing their best. I can absolutely agree that they were doing their best. It was a lot going on and other customers were not patient or kind but the workers continued to service as best as they could. Hope this review finds them to let them know at least someone was on their side!“

“I have been a Fan of Philly Pretzel Factory for a long time now! Every time I go to this location I get the best pretzels!! They are hot and fresh! I am greeted by the staff the minute I walk in. “only 5-star sweet can be seen they are mean they're nasty they literally told me no and their time of operation is 10 a.m. and he refuses to make pretzels until 11 a.m. I wouldn't go there I wouldn't buy from there and you don't know how dirty the place is.“
“I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn't right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. Cherry Hill mall auntie anne ❤️❤️“

“Just love this place! Their party trays and customer service are awesome!!“
