“I love their pretzels. But wish a few things that stopped me from giving it 5 stars.#1: The employees take too much time and ignore you. I get most are young....but still... it's rude. Talk all you want when you don't have customers. Or at least talk while you work and take care of the customers. But if you can't multitask....stop talking to your coworkers and take care of your customers.#2: I wish that when you order online through Door Dash, it would give you the option to add extra seasoning (sour cream, etc) to your pretzel.#3: I wish that they would have all their pretzel flavors available as nuggets and buckets. Especially sour cream. Not just a few flavors like they do.“
“These pretzels are wonderful! My workplace often has cases of these delivered hot from the oven. The aromas waft through the hallways. It is just wonderful! We frequently get party trays of pretzels for events. These go over very well. The pretzel dogs are a hit with my daughter. I enjoy the peperoni pretzels. My SIL often visits with a bag of fresh pretzels. Service is always friendly and helpful. A former student of mine is one of the workers.“
