“First time here and I see why my boyfriend loves this place. Everything was great from the aura of the store, to the music choice. Greg was great!! He walked us through the menu offered his favorite choices and was very patient. Also great interaction with his team.“
“We xame here on a random Wednesday at about 4pm & by luck there was only 1 other couple in front of us. The menu is to the point, no extra stuff. The wait time for fresh to order was quick and the tunes kept me singing like I was in a karoke bar. NOW TO THE STAR, THE CHEESESTEAK.... IT WAS AMAZING!“

“One of my favorite bars in the neighborhood! During the Knicks game tonight, the owner graciously went out of his way to send our table a cinnamon roll. It was FANTASTIC and definitely an underrated menu item! I’ll support this bar anyday.“

“This place felt like a warm welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was so inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious each bite bursting with freshness. The chicken steak sandwich was a standout, along with the Philly cheesesteak and those waffle fries topped with chili and cheese they were a dream! The sweet potato fries were a treat, too. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I work in the mall where this Charlie’s location is and I always set my order with one of their employees named Dulce. She’s extremely polite and nice. She always greets me with a smile and remembers my order. Kudos to her she deserves a raise“

“Charleys is really good when you want something hot and filling. The cheesesteaks are super cheesy and flavorful, and I like that they cook everything fresh right in front of you. The fries are honestly one of the best parts, especially the loaded ones. The lemonade is also really good and refreshing.“

“Went in Oct 2023. Great service and food was delicious. My toddler didn’t finish her meal and I walked over to ask for a to-go container and person theresaw me walking and grabbed to-go container and bag and handed to me before I had to even ask. A first at a fast food place for me.“

“One of the best Cheesesteaks in the city, though Danny & Coop's sesame rolls are giving their old school ones a run for their money. A tiny indoor area with some counter space for dining, with outdoor area when it's warmer. Combo includes a drink, the sandwich is large enough for two meals.“

“The food is great, but the cashier often messes up my order. Even when I specifically ask them not to add a certain item, they still manage to get it wrong, which drives me nuts. Sometimes I just deal with it, but other times I feel the need to point out the mistake directly. I try to be polite, especially to the people preparing my dish, and I feel terrible bringing it up. However, the cashier needs to do their job and pay attention to my requests. I always make it clear what I want on my sandwich. The employees are great and always try to please their customers since they try to redo it and basically made it better, but the cashiers need to improve. Smh.“
