The BBQ spare ribs arrived extremely dry, the dumplings were cold, and the cashier had an attitude over the phone. This is the second time I’ve ordered the same exact thing, hoping it was a fluke, but no.
The boneless spare ribs were a bit dry. But everything else was good

Customer service was disgraceful. Phone ordering with woman answering was rude. Food ordering there... shitty. Unclear menu or details. No stars. Zero stars.
