The cheddar biscuit they make on the weekends is out of this world. The biscuit breakfast sandwich is literally the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the tres leches cake, coconut flan, and two empanada flavors- everything was excellent. But seriously. The biscuit.

I said I would finally get my hands on one of these breakfast sandwiches and I did. Crispy bacon, with egg and gooey cheese all on a cheddar bay biscuit. It is packed with flavor! Each bite gave you a layered amount of flavor profile. The biscuits were soft where they needed to be and still had the crispy texture that I like! One sandwich will fill you right up. I had the "itis" later so it was nap time right after.
