“I was actually taken aback by the how courteous and friendly everyone was here; especially the staff, but also the patrons.

I’m a very able 50-year-old man, not old-old. But the young lady that was apparently on break, rushed to the door to open it for me. Then, the young men in line ahead of me quickly told me to go ahead of them in line.

Stuff like that shouldn’t go unnoticed. Great spot!“

“Went in to get some gift cards and got the best customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin. Ana was so respectful and attentive, although there was a problem with the register and it took a bit to get my gift cards she did not make it feel as if it took long. She even offer me some munchkins for the trouble.“

“I come here all the time I ask for a lg caramel macchiato less ice and I used to get that but the last 3 times it has been full ice. The first time I didn't notice til too late the second time the young person told me it was less ice although I said and could clearly see it was full ice. This last time I said again this is too much ice and they took it back and then came back with what had to be the same cup and they said this is less ice and I can clearly see it still had full ice and I'm not trying to fight people or cause a scene so I just take it. Why am I being gaslit?? TMI for me I don't have a lot of money and I'm spending more than I probably should on breakfast coming here. Life is frustrating enough, I just want less ice. Otherwise the customer service is great. They are really nice people. So I don't know why I'm getting more ice when I ask for less.“

“This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“

“Kinda sad to see a sign telling you that you can only sit 20 mins but there coffe food and service is amazing“

“I got a code and a snacking bacon. The code took a little longer than estimated (or maybe I’m just an impatient person) but overall the coffee was good how I like it and the snacking bacon was on point and super tasty. Order from here again I would.“
