I have had breakfast lunch and dinner here. All of which were very good. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Significant, wait times on the weekends, because it is so popular.

Allwood is the best diner I’ve ever been to, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten here. The food is great and well prepared, the portions are generous, and the menu variety is excellent. Wraps and sandwiches are my favorite options, but the burgers are also fantastic. The service is always attentive and friendly. I know that whenever I come here, I’m going to have a good time. The owner and the girls at the cashier are always welcoming and great to chat with.

I was born in the paterson area and have lived in clifton for the past 23 years and this was my first time trying The Allwood Diner and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. We were a group of 4 and came around 4 pm and made the lunch specials. We were seated pretty quickly and the waitress came promptly to take any order of drinks we may want to start. I ordered a double espresso and then had the chicken panini lunch special which included a lobster bisque soup, fries...
