I didn't realize a Chinese bao and Japanese bao are two different things so I was expecting the sandwich like baos rather than a dumpling like bao. I ordered Mongolian beef baos and I was expecting it to be spicy since it had a pepper symbol next to it but it was not in my opinion. I was also expecting strips of meat rather than ground beef. The place was okay. It’s a ghost kitchen so you would have to go inside Uno’s, which is fine. The issue is the actual food isn’t that good. It wasn’t horrible, but It looked and tasted like a school lunch meal. I got the kung pao chicken and the advertised picture looks A LOT different than the meal I received (I added pictures of both). The bao buns were good, but lacked a little in a flavor. I wouldn’t go back.

Wow Bao has really revolutionized order taking at their Water Tower Place location!
