My mom and I have been on a mission for a week to find spumoni ice cream. After striking out at what seemed like every ice cream joint in Central Jersey, we walked into Just Chill on a rainy Thursday evening. Really good vegan gelato here! The ice cream shop is very cute with tons of normal ice cream and a few vegan options. When I was there, there were two vegan flavors of gelato; lemon and dark chocolate. Both were very good and the woman who was working was super friendly! Really a good experience.
