By far absolutely worst chipotle i have ever been to. They will give you tiny portions. This old hispanic lady gave me a 1/4 scoop of chicken and asked me to pay double. Yall some scammers fr. Also if you ever see an older hispanic lady working I recommend just leaving and going to another damn chipotle because she WILL scam u.

We were a group of 5. We came for lunch. Ordered the bowl with rice, beans, chicken, steak, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. It was delicious. The staff were kind and showed a smile.

I visited this chipotle and purchased a $11 veggie bowl, asked for a cup for water at the end of my transaction and was denied. I inquired further and was told “we don’t do that anymore.” As a former chipotle employee, I have never denied people, especially customers, water cups. I had to walk next door to the Starbucks to get tap water to have along with my meal.Also was given a small dollop of guacamole. The girl serving me also had a terrible attitude. Very disappointing.
Tonight is the 3rd time that I’ve tried to get food at 9:30pm and the door has been locked and when I waited for them to come and open it they say that the system was down. It’s clear that they just want to close before 10pm. They also are almost always out of ingredients after 8

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I’ve never seen so little food in a burrito bowl before, and this is after I had to ask several times for the woman to give me a normal amount (which she wasn’t pleased with, I might add). Serve people what they are paying for or close.
