Very friendly staff and fast service. The portion size was reasonable too and well made. Located in a shopping center with lot of parking. Very nice location too. Across the Hudson from New York City views.
Chipotle is one of my favorite spots. I’ve been going to this one for years, but today the Closter Chipotle staff made my night. I ordered a burrito from DoorDash, but got a call saying they didn’t have the protein I ordered. The Chipotle employee very kindly asked me what I’d like as a substitution and offered to include free chips and guac, to make up for the payment deficit without the protein. food plastic in my food, honestly only stopped here as a last minute resort. location is always packed with teens which rightfully so but you know sometimes teens can be on the obnoxious side.
