I had came here multiple times loving their drinks, but this time when I went there was a baby in the kitchen who would NOT stop crying, and was causing a racket in the place. On top of that the drink took over 20 minutes to come out.

I just visited during their BOGO event. Before placing my order, I specifically asked a staff member to confirm the drinks were BOGO, and she assured me they were. I was there with friends and ordered four drinks, expecting to receive two of them for free.
After paying, the total seemed incorrect, so I asked why I was over charged. At that point, the staff member told me that only one free drink was allowed per order. This was frustrating because I had explicitly asked and confirmed beforehand. If she had been upfront, my friends and I would have placed separate orders.
When I requested an adjustment, she refused to assist and then ignored me entirely. This lack of transparency and dismissive attitude made for a very disappointing experience.

Ordered dirty brown sugar milk tea….. can anyone tell me where the dirty brown sugar is?? Not only are they rude but they can’t even make the drinks properly.

Great bubble tea! I usually get the taro milk with pearls, but I also recommend the strawberry yogurt drink with star jelly! :)
Was in the location for at least minutes without even being acknowledged. Avoided contact even though I was right in front of them.

I frequently visit Gong Cha for Green and Black tea mix. Admittedly I have only.visited this.location once. When I placed my order the person taking the order went to get someone else. The gentleman came out to say "we don't do that". His tone was not the best. I said "I get this almost weekly, I know you do.it". He said emphatically "we.don't.do.that”. I ended up getting the green tea and couldn’t understand why adding black was such a chore at this location but clearly it was. I would have accepted his reply better with a little better tone. After reading a few of the reviews I see it wasn’t just me. Needless to say, I will stick with the Englewood location.

If I Could give no stars that’s what this place requires. No understating of what the customer wants and if you’re allergic to anything DONT GO HERE!!!! They don’t listen to your concerns!!!’ NEVER EVER!!! Best bet is going to different place like the bagel shop across the street and order a smoothie
