Very nice place . Another episode of not meeting up to par with its presentation.. waited almost 10 minutes to order a cup of coffee while they had 2 young ladies working and other employees in the back area. The girl taking the orders is one army team. And than the high-end customers engaging in convo hold up the line. So should have 2 people serving the customers not just 1. I visited the Patisserie Florentine and can say that from start to finish, it was a GREAT experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. We ordered two hot chocolates, which came quickly with BEAUTIFUL art. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS.
Sadly, customers can be very impatient and lack an understanding for what it takes to receive quality coffee, food and service. The negative reviews are uncalled for. If you want a quick coffee go to Dunkin....

Definitely one of my hangout places in this area. Coffee is always top notch, breakfast is delicious, great spot for brunch as well and the seating is super cute whether in or outside. You might have to be a little patient, it does get super busy at times but absolutely worth it. Staff is very sweet!!
