Every trip to the Red Maple feels like a trip to my childhood. The food is incredible and every single employee feels like someone I’ve known my whole life. Not only is the ambiance and food amazing, it really feels like a community center as you watch people interact as they come in and out. I’ll always go out of my way to come here.

Charlie, the chef, has been doing this for over 40 years, I think. You get the standard breakfast and all other breakfast/lunch items as well. Charlie takes good care in making sure it is all done the right way. My daughter and I have been going there on Saturdays for years. His pancakes are good, and so are the French toasts. We usually go for two eggs scrambled w American cheese on top, all slightly warmed up in the oven w some toast. We go there mainly to see Charlie in action, make him crack a joke, and feel the experience.

A real diner, just like the places my dad took me to when I was growing up in New Jersey. It's small inside the place, but it's cozy. I can't say enough good things about The Red Maple. Not pretentious, not a chain, no attitude; just good coffee, good food, and good people.
