Built in 1937 and originally known as “Lookout Inn, my partner and I decided to stop at the State Line Lookout Cafe after a nice hike for a bite. This casual establishment is a throwback to yesteryear inside a nice stone cabin with fireplaces to warm up during cold weather and the only restaurant/cafe around in the nearby area.

Was in the area to hike over and saw this little cafe was open. Stopped in with the girlfriend for breakfast/ lunch and we were delightfully surprised how pleasant the service and food was.

The park is making you pay for parking now even during winter. I don't know if that's new or not. Further south (Fort Lee/Alpine) it's still free for the winter time.
