Stern and Bow runs a tight ship. From valet parking, honoring on time reservations,drinks, servers attention and food. Owners and managers constantly walking around. Everything was on point. This restaurant is a hidden gem! Went with family while in Jersey & we all had a great experience. Food was delicious & portion sizes were plentiful. We shared the tuna tartar, hummus, fried pickles & I had their crab Caesar which I loved. The menu was varied with options to serve all of our cravings. We did not have from their oyster bar. There was live music on a Tuesday night which made the experience that much more fun. Ambiance was great. Valet parking was a bonus....
Overall the experience was very good. Our waiter and staff were top notch. We had a slight problem with 1 meal (out of 5 meals) and the waiter was all over it to remediate the problem. Super nice guy wish I could remember his name. This restaurant will stay on my "return to" list.
