I have often inconvenienced them to bring my order to the car so I don’t have to drag my baby out of the car seat and they always did it with a big smile. This company stole my credit card information and charged me 4 different times. 9/14/2024 I was charged $115.37, 5/27/2024 I was charged $111.02, 12/30/2023 I was $4.36 and $111.02 on 12/30/2023 again. That’s a total of $341.77. I have never been to this Fish market and don’t live in New Jersey. I went to the reviews and seen 2 other people with the same issue. 4 weeks ago Orville Francis has been charged $23.86 every Sunday. 3 months ago, Raviely Pena was charged $278.86 one time and $22.86 another time. And both of them never been to this place either. This is a crime. First thing tomorrow morning I will contact my bank and dispute these charges and first thing Tuesday I will be contacting Closter Dock Fresh Inc. Please send a number to someone who can try to explain this.

I keep getting charged by this company. They stole my credit card information for two different cards. First time I was charged $278.69 and second time I was charged $22.86. I have never shopped at this fish market and I don’t even live in New Jersey. I have disputed both times. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. I’m not even sure how they got my credit card information.

I am so disappointed. I ordered 1.5 pounds of King Crab leg for a nice Christmas Eve appetizer. I understand, that is not a lot of weight, but it cost about $85 and I got 1 leg, 1 partial leg and 2 knuckles. The knuckles are probably 1/3 of the weight. I will not be ordering from here again. Overpriced ($58 a lb, but wanted to give a small business the sale) and poor order fulfillment. Back to Anchor in Montvale for our business. I also tried to call (during their pick up hours) and nobody answered.

I wasn’t in the mood to cook, however all of the fresh fish looked amazing, and there was a big selection. I bought two fish salads - cod and salmon, and both were amazing! I can’t wait to try the Artic Char salad, when it’s available.
