It is always busy and filled with both regulars and Bennies, anyone who manages to find this hidden gem along the Route 35 bridge by Belmar, will keep coming back. If you're bold, take their t-shirt challenge and eat an XL Pie to go home with pride.“

“I came in for The Big Meal Deal the other night. I was seated in no time at all with a great view of the big screen TV. Minutes later a young lady named Maddy came over and introduced herself and asked if I would like to order a beverage. I ordered my beverage and my meal at the same time . Maddy then inquired if I would be interested in an appetizer. I do like buffalo wings so I ordered them as a starter. My beverage was delivered to my table very quickly by Maddy. She returned with the buffalo wings at almost an unbelievable short wait, I was offered ranch and bleu cheese for dipping and wet naps and napkins for my hands. To my surprise my bacon cheese burger came out exactly as ordered medium rare. (Nice Tender And Juicy) I expect to return to the Middletown Applebee`s in the very near future. I will be asking to be seated in Maddy`s section and I suggest you do the same. Maddy is very professional and treats you with a fun, friendly, attentive and respectful personality !!!“

“Fun place to watch sports. If you are not a fan of loud places then this is not your spot. Recommend take out. My husbands burger was very good. Tasted fresh and delicious. The black bean patty was just okay. Could have been cooked better in the middle but was decent. The French fries are the best. Always a good time. Crispy and flavorful!“

Stopped in on tge way home from a event.
The one thing about chain restaurants is they all look the same and the menu are relatively the same. Which is a good thing. But tgey should allow them the opportunity to have 2 or 3 menu item that are independent from cooperate and their sister restaurants.
Mimi was exceptional with her service. Along with smile and ability to read people.
Our food was all typical for Applebee's. The exception here was that tha manager walked around to each table and asked about the food and service .
Atmosphere, hey cooperate. It's time to change a few things around and clean up the look.
This place is children friendly and parking is plentiful along with handicapped friendly.“

“If you're looking for a fancy dining experience with a fancy atmosphere this is not the place. But if you're looking for a delicious meal that's also reasonably priced this is the place. Food is very good. The eating area is shared by a bar so that it could get a little loud. But these are all good. Hard-working local people. No woke here. All good hard-working red blooded Americans. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance cuz it's just in a little shopping mall. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Solid pub/bar fare. You can't really go wrong with anything here, it's all just pretty damn good, but won't blow you away either. Let's be honest, you aren't walking into this place looking for a Michelin star quality meal, you want some wings, maybe a burger, and a few beers and yeah, you're gonna be very satisfied with what you get. 👍“

“I had the Cajun chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The bartender Jennifer turned me on to their French fries and just like she said they were also delicious. first time being there I will definitely go back if I find my way up there again great place good food cold beer nice people.“
